But it soon spread to Japan , Korea , Hong Kong, and the Philippines 。 By the late 1990s, Pearl Milk Tea shops began popping up in the US , Canada , and some European cities。
It's now found in towns and cities across North America 。 The drink tea has not changed much since Shen-Nong served the first cup 5,000 years ago。
For most of this time it's been drunk hot and without milk or sugar。 But all of this changed back in 1987。
That's when Chun Shui Tang,a tea shop in Taichung, started adding various fruits and syrups to its iced tea。
After trying many different recipes , they came upon the magical 6mixture of tea, ice, milk, sugar and balls of tapioca that we now know of as Pearl Milk Tea。
And the world of tea hasn't been the same since。

用料:水55克,红茶包1个,木薯粉80克,淡奶1/3杯,黑糖15克,奶茶咖啡糖1包。
做法:
1.小锅加入55克水和黑糖煮沸,煮沸的糖水马上倒入木薯粉里,快速搅拌,搓成面团。

一、芒果奶油

四、柠檬味奶油
配方:淡奶油100g、糖8g、柠檬皮5g
做法:1、淡奶油中加入糖、用电动打蛋器打发至有纹路的状态。
2、柠檬洗净刮出薄薄的外皮,里面白色的部分不要刮到,会发苦。
3、加入打发好的奶油中翻拌均匀。
五、巧克力奶油
配方:淡奶油100g、糖3g、黑巧克力33g
做法:1、淡奶油中加入糖、用电动打蛋器打发至有纹路的状态。
2、巧克力隔热水融化成液体。加入少量打发好的奶油,翻拌均匀。
3、再将巧克力和奶油的混合物,加入剩下的淡奶油中,翻拌均匀即可。
