英式红茶主要的分为纯粹的红茶叶和添加了其他香料的红茶叶两种，常见的english breakfirst，darjeeling，prince of wales都算纯粹的红茶，其中english breakfirst味道最浓，因为他是多种各地红茶叶的混合茶叶，prince of wales味道最淡，多是中国红茶叶的混合（btw，普遍他们认为中国绿茶的品质好过红茶），大吉岭是产自阿三国的茶叶味道适中；常见的伯爵茶是添加了香料的红茶，常见的有eral grey和lady grey，伯爵茶是只添加了一般3%左右的佛手柑香料（以前可真的是新鲜佛手柑提取的，现在大概太麻烦了），仕女伯爵茶就更偏女性，加的香料种类更多，柠檬，柑橘为主，味道更柔，有点往花果茶走了。不过红茶是调配茶，你可以根据自己的喜好加东西，我最近就调了一款荔枝红茶，选用味道最淡的威尔士王子茶，加三颗荔枝捣碎的汁，然后再加扔一颗荔枝进去，试试看。
